Rain rain rain here in Bærum today - it's been rain all summer so starting to get used to it .... -But on the bright side it's monday and a new challenge over att : http://cupcakecraftchallenges.blogspot.com/ This time the challenge is a recipe : 3 buttons, 2 papers and 1 ribbon. Since I just got my new MF fall stickers I had to make a seasonal card with the challenge !

Cupcake Craft Challenge # 54

What a wonderful challenge it is over at Cupcake blog http://cupcakecraftchallenges.blogspot.com/ this week. "Make a shaped card" What to make ? - I do not have any tools to cut amazing shapes, but then it came to me ..... A butterfly - I'll make a butterfly card. As some friends just became proud parents - I feel this represents the fragile,- and the beauty of their newborn and will give this card to them.

A new week and a new WOJ challenge!

Made a little vintage look and sew the edges to make it hopefully a bit more in fall season to match the stamped item.

Whiff Of Joy Challenge # 43

A bit comfused this week I tought I missd out on the challenge #43 - but it wasn't Monday challenge it's Wednesday.
The challenge over at http://wojmondaychallenge.blogspot.com/ this time is to use brown and pink. Waiting for my fall kit from WOJ to arrive I decided to do a little bag for treats if going to a birthday party or dinner party. Party Animals are sooo cute.
I have no cutters so ALL is cut by sissors. (as you might see *lol*)

Had this wooden doorhanger in my box. What to do with it ?? Paper,stamp,rubons,flowers,ribbons and voila. Hope she likes it - going to pick her up in kindergarden now.

Just Magnolia Challenge - Week 18

I had this notebook just waiting to get into some use - so I dressed it up a bit. As I do not have any Magnolia stamps myself this is one I have traded prints for, - and she's so happy to get into some use.

A Gorjuss girl for a friend

CardPatterns Sketch 27

Today I went a bit out of my comfort zone. I have seen so many cardmakers using the color lime lately that I wanted to give it a try my self. - And it worked perfect with my WOJ stamps from this summer collection. Sadly my HO2 brush didn't cooperate as I wanted this evening, - so must practise coloring a bit more with that brush. But all in all I'm pleased with the result !

Cupcake Challenge # 52

Happy Day - and to celebrate todays challenge over att http://cupcakecraftchallenges.blogspot.com/ I had to use the Muffin/Cupcake Mouse from WOJ.
Challenge is to use the sketch and colour theme choosen by Tammy on the design team.
I do not have a puncher or a machine so unable to make an oval look good - a circle is easier to cut - so had to edit the sketch a little bit - hope that's ok ;)
Had a lot of fun on this one and here is the result :

I used:

Stamp : WOJ Mouse, Happy Birthday is cut from "How do you wrap a hug HappyBirthday" a stamp from Penny Black. Colored with Distress Ink refillers

Bazzill : 3 different shades of brown and a pale blue (over the pale blue bazzil I have a see through material in ice blue - might not bee easy to see on the photo) and white

Embellishment : ribbon - Panduro, half pearls - BasicGrey

The Challenge is Floral Fantasy. I do not have any stamps with flowers,but this is a Garden Fairy and she sprinkels her pink powder dust as a sugar sweet coating onto the cuts, mulberry roses and flower paper.
